  • Color & Fabric Variation: Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, studio lighting, and professional editing. Different fabrics absorb dyes differently, which may result in slight shade variations.

  • Sizing: Size guides are for reference only. A variation of 0.5 to 1 inch in measurements is possible due to manual manufacturing and will not be considered a defect.

  • Independent Reseller: We operate as independent resellers. All original brand trademarks, logos, and names remain the property of their respective owners.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Order Acceptance: An order acknowledgment email is a record of your request. A legally binding contract is formed only when you receive a "Dispatch Confirmation" email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or technical errors.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: All orders undergo a strict quality check before dispatch. Please allow 3-5 working days for processing before your order is handed over to the courier.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, local sales taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

🧺 Returns, Refunds & Care Policy

To maintain high standards, please note our eligibility criteria:

  • Missing/Damaged Items: Any claims for missing components (laces, patches) or damaged fabric must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Strict Care Policy: Items that have been washed, shrunk, or dry-cleaned are strictly non-returnable.

  • Stitching: Any outfit that has been stitched is non-eligible for return or refund.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the product is defective, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has moved into the processing and quality-check phase, cancellations may not be possible.
